Study in BG
Swedish Language Courses
During the Swedish language courses, students are also provided with basic cultural and historical information that is necessary when communicating with Swedes or when living in Sweden.
Study in BG is one of the few specialized language schools with a tradition in teaching Swedish. Over the years, we have had the pleasure of working with a large number of clients who enroll in our courses with different motivations – to connect with friends and relatives, to find their dream job, to improve their knowledge, to take a language proficiency exam or simply out of interest in the countries of the Scandinavian North and Sweden in particular. We have the necessary knowledge and experience to help you achieve your goals!
Types of Swedish Language Training
We offer five types of Swedish language courses: individual lessons, group lessons, corporate training, specialized courses and exam preparation. To learn more about them, select the appropriate section.
Swedish language training can be conducted with the contact language Bulgarian or English. For more information about Swedish language training through English, please contact us.
Training Format
Currently, the training format is primarily online. We also offer live training at a location of the client’s choice, such as their office.
Levels of Training
When developing programs and conducting Swedish language training, we are guided by the recommendations of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
Our training is divided into modules, each of which is in accordance with the levels of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. You can familiarize yourself with the requirements for levels A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2 and do a self-assessment by downloading the following table in Swedish
or in the Bulgarian language.
Before you enroll in training with us, your current level will be assessed by a specialist methodologist during a free consultation meeting.
The time required to cover one level and move on to the next is a variable, depending on many factors: the nationality of the learner and his/her previous language experience, chosen individual or group training, intensive or extensive learning, independent preparation at home, and personal motivation.
The recommended hours for the Swedish language levels are as follows:

| FAST | 20 | 85 | 105 |

In addition to our specially developed programs for different types of training, our team has prepared many of our own materials, word lists with the necessary vocabulary, tables, explanations of the most important elements of grammar, and many authentic texts for listening and reading for different levels.
