Exam Preparation

When old bridges between countries are burned, it is vital to build new, more stable and long-lasting ones, based on a deep understanding and mutual respect between cultures. The political and economic instability in the region does not affect our determination to continue offering Russian language training.

The Russian language is native to about 150-160 million people around the world, and the total number of speakers of this language exceeds 250 million. Learning Russian will help you get to know Russia better – an amazing and diverse country, stretching across two continents, with a rich culture and history.

Proficiency in Russian is an advantage when establishing contacts with representatives of countries with which Russia has centuries-old political, economic, and cultural ties.

Types of Russian Language Training

We offer 5-types of language training: individual, group, corporate, specialised courses and exam preparation. To learn more about them, select the appropriate section.

Training Format

Currently, the training format is online, ensuring greater work flexibility and a safe environment. We also offer live training at a location chosen by the client, for example, in their office.

Levels of Training

In developing and conducting our Russian language courses, we are guided by the recommendations of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). Our training is divided into modules, each of which is in accordance with the levels of the European Framework. You can familiarize yourself with the requirements for levels A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2 and do a self-assessment at the following link.

Before you enroll in training with us, your current level will be assessed by a specialist methodologist during a free consultation meeting.

The time required to cover one level and move on to the next is a variable, depending on many factors: the nationality of the learner and his/her previous language experience, chosen individual or group training, intensive or extensive learning, independent preparation at home, personal motivation.

The recommended hours for the Russian as a foreign language levels are as follows:

  • A1: 100-120 hours of study
  • A2: A1 covered + 180-200 hours of study
  • B1: A2 covered + 160-180 hours of study
  • B2: B1 covered + 380-720 hours of study
  • C1: B2 covered + 280 hours of study
  • C2: C1 covered + 180 hours of study

The information is taken from the standards, curricula, requirements and practice tests designed to prepare for the TRKI (Test of Russian as a Foreign Language) certificate exams for the corresponding levels.

As is clear from the timetable, the specific number of hours varies and includes work with a teacher and independent work, so the hours may be significantly fewer with more intensive independent work.

In addition to our specially developed programs for different types of training, our team has prepared many of our own materials, word lists with the necessary vocabulary, tables, explanations of the most important elements of grammar, and many authentic texts for listening and reading for different levels.
